Noak Bridge Medical Centre is lucky to have a dedicated Administrative team who are well experienced with Care Navigation. There are a number of new services available to patients that do not rely on a referral directly from the Clinician. The Care Navigation team will be able to direct patients to prevent delays.
As the back bone of the Practice the Administrative team strive to ensure that prescription requests, Registration/deduction requests, Data input, In/out letters and various other duties are fulfilled to a good standard and to an appropriate time frame. Each staff member prides themselves on the quality they give and strive to give an effective and efficient service to the Practices registered population.
