We are currently looking to recruit patients of Noakbridge Medical Centre to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG).

The PPG meets regularly to provide a forum for discussion about the practice.  This forum can meet online.  If a face to face meeting is preferred the practice will organise this.

The aims of the Patient Participation Group (PPG):

• To improve communication between surgery, patients and the wider community about matters concerning the surgery and health in general.
• To offer opinions in a constructive manner and to put forward ideas on behalf of other patients.
• To provide assistance in development of new services
• To encourage a spirit of self help and support amongst patients to improve their health and social care.

This group is open to every patient and we aim to have members who are representative of the practice population including different genders, ages, ethnicities, disabilities and health needs.
